n this article, the researcher seeks to examine right education and study women's labor rights in Iranian jurisprudence law 2030 UNESCO document. The present is a descriptive-analytical using library method investigate question. results of indicate that both Islam law, as well international documents, equality with men emphasized but concept explained sense proportion not instruments, however, between women means their are equal. Regarding education, there no contradiction document because documents document, which leads empowerment women, equal has been emphasized.
